Best Practices for Zoho Mail Migration

Zoho Mail provides you a range of email migration options ( POP or IMAP) for the server to server migration.   

 

You may login to mail.zoho.com as a super admin and follow the steps below to complete the migration. 

  • Open Control panel.
  • Select Migration.
  • Click on Add the migration.
  • You need to type in the server settings provided by your source server.
  • Click on the migration name.
  • Select Add accounts.
  • Source username password is your existing account's credentials.
  •  Destination email address is your Zoho's address.
  • Click on Start the migration.
