How to delete a DUPLICATED CRM setup
Sometimes users 'sign up' to Zoho CRM rather than accepting invites to the organisational CRM.
When this happens that user needs to delete their instance of Zoho CRM and then re-accept the invite to join the organjisational CRM.
Login
to crm.zoho.com > Settings > Setup > Company Details > at
the bottom of the page you have the option to delete the Zoho CRM
account.
