You may sometimes notice that when you cc yourself on an email in Zoho CRM, it appears (when the recipient replies to you) that your name shown in the cc list changes to something like "mydomain.com@zoho.com"
The reason behind this is Zoho cannot use your domain email address header when sending emails from their domain, ie. when sending emails from the Zoho CRM server.
If Zoho were to try this the email will not reach reach the destination and deliverability will be affected.
Normally it is rare for recipients to opt in their email client to show the mail headers but, if they do, it is wither they have chosen this settings or it is the standard setting of their specific email client software.
There is no affect to any of the from, to , cc and bcc's sent by you, Zoho handle only the headers related to domain authentication.
In short, there is nothing you can do about it.
